Here is my creation:
Isn't this stamp set adorable, I love the mermaid! This set is from Your Next Stamp company. I paper pieced her tail and the shells, it's one of my favorite techniques. Another is rubbing metallic paints over embossed areas it really makes a statement. I left the inside blank for whatever occasion may arise.
