I love Harry Potter!
I am so excited to share a card using Kathy's new and oh-so-amazing Harry Potter dgis! These will be available at the Pixie Dust Studio shop September 1st! Hermione is the character I chose for todays card, I just adore her character of intelligence and strength!
I chose this sentiment because as we all know Hermione is far from ordinary! Question though...why is extraordinary spelled the way it is? It seems to me to read "sorry you're not ordinary you are "extra" ordinary"! I never liked the spelling of that word! LOL! Don't you love those Humania Clips as well as the Cosmo Cricket Matilda dt paper? Well, you can get both of these at the Torendi shop! Thanks for stopping by and be sure to check out the rest of the dt creations! Beth
Here are the challenges met for this card:
Paper Cutz Use Metal
Cute Card Thursday No Punches or Die Cuts
Stampin for the Weekend Anything Goes
C.E.S. Challenge Anything Goes
Christmas Stampin' All Year Long No Christmas Card!
City Crafters Stars

No more sickos!
* 2nd posting today scroll down for Pixie Dust Challenge
Someone forgot to distribute the no-sickos during-the-summer policy at my home! I have had my fill of summer coughs and runny noses. I do love listening to my kiddos breath sounds it gives me practice however, Dragging all three of them to the DR. office is another story...
Speaking of Dr.'s ( lets not forget the hard working Nurses and PA's) I'd love to share this weeks Pink Cat Studio release:
Aren't they terrific? They are sure to bring some cheer to any under the weather wee ones or older alike. I chose to create a "Get Well" card using Nurse Betty & Dr. Bear.
I can never resist those striped tights and I decided to go with some striped paper to accentuate them. Be sure to check out the rest of the dt creations as well. See ya later! Beth
Challenges:
Lexi's Creations Emboss it
Stamp with Fun A card for a Girl
Shabby Tea Room Metal(black brads)
Let's Ink it Up Anything Goes plus the color yellow

Bam Pop!
Happy Monday to you! We are in our second week of school & I just came to the realization I now have 3 backpacks to mill through daily...that's a lot of papers! I wanted to share a card I created using my post prized Torendi products from Bam Pop. If you have not played with any of these products you need to! I used Bam Pop! Volume 3 Collection paper pack as well as Hello bot. I wanted this robot to mimic the great patterned paper so I cut away all the extra polymer from the image so I could manipulate his arms and legs. Here is the card:
That little robot sure has some moves let me tell you! Now I just realized he's sold out but don't you fret because there are some new stamps arriving soon! Check them out!

Aren't these the most amazing stamps I am in love with the Halloween set and like Jenn's child I have a son who would live off of PB&Js if I were to allow it!
Well that's all for today except for my list of challenges for the card see you soon!

Ellas's Pink Scrapbook Challenge...
Hello it's so nice to see you again! I want to let you know I am so very excited to share my layout with you because I truly love it! It's hard to not love it because it's of my lovely Isabelle. Oops I got a bit sidetracked! Let's talk about Ella's Pink Scrapbook Recipe Challenge: Cardboard, Journaling, and Circles. Here is my creation:
I call this Abstract Shabby Chic. I pined for what seemed like hours over how to dress up those corrugated cardboard circles. Finally I and settled upon these flowers.I distressed them with white ink to create the feel of these great Basic Grey papers and all the distressing of the edges. Can you believe there was a time I actually pooh poohed Stickles? I just didn't know any better, I swear! Well as you can see I really laid on my Diamond Stickles rather thick on that awesome green ribbon. Mental note to self: Stickles should be the very last step in creating anything! I know you all are nodding in understanding of the grief I caused myself by not following my own rule! Please be sure to check out the rest of the super chic design team. See you soon!
Challenges for my layout:
Secret Saturday Crafter What Are Little Girls Made Of
Speedy The Cat's Friends Flowers
Frosted Designs Use at least 5 of the Ten Items they Listed I used: Circle Punches, Ribbon,Pink & Blue, Flowers,Glitter & Buttons.
The Crafty Pad Glitz & Glitter
Practical Scrappers Stitching
Quixotic Something Old (The Pink Metal Charm), something New(This Basic Grey Paper), something borrowed(the Shabby Chic concept) & something Blue ( I think this needs no explanation)

Frankie loves his Candy Corn!
Hello & Welcome today is the day that The Pixie Dust Studio Fun House collection is available to you! My second card shows Frankie Boy and if you cant tell by his single tooth he sure love his candy corn! LOL! Who doesn't especially with salted peanuts mmm... I used my adobe Photoshop to localize the candy corn to print out color and cut to create this paper. Digi stamps are so great for this reason and about a gazillion others!

Fun House Sneak Peeks!!!
Happy Tuesday! I hope all is fantastic for you, my wonderful children started school yesterday and boy was it sure quiet around here...it was HEAVEN!!! I made a pact with myself that I will get all my crafting done before they arrive home from school and then that is that, it's us time. I feel I owe this to my children and myself I pray I can maintain this balance.
OK, let's talk about Kathy's new soon-to-be-released Fun House Images from the Pixie Dust Studio. These are the absolute best and will be perfect for your Halloween needs. Today I would like to share a card using Just Batty, I adore all her stitching lines. I had this photo that I opted not to use for our county fair this year however rather than toss it away I felt it would make a great background. Here is the card:
Isn't she great? Now don't forget to stop by the rest of the design team to see their spooktacular creations! Beth

Hello & Welcome to another funtastic challenge at The Pixie Dust Studios Challenge! Today we want to see you use pink, the rest is up to you! I chose to use a digi from a few releases back called The Pearls of Wisdom.
I paper pieced her dress to bring in the pink and strategically placed her over a large butterfly to create a fairy. Do you think it worked? I then rummaged through all my pink supplies and wound up with this lovely rickrack and a few buttons as well as this great dp from Basic Grey.
Here are few challenges I'd like to enter this card :
