I do not pretend to have beautiful
hands, on the contrary they're quite haggard and worn. These hands set me apart, unafraid to fumble along in uncertainty or from any staining to be certain. With so many creations passing through these hands they feel nothings less than contentment...
for what I am about to share with you
but alas it just isn't so!
Several weeks back I was scoping out some new blogs and there was this beautiful butterfly pendant that I fell in love with. The coolest thing was it was created from aluminum cans, die cuts and alcohol inks. It just so happens I have most of the things needed to create this.
I affixed the butterfly to a piece of slate that I had previously stamped
with flourishes and the word dream.
I forgot about these watch bits and bobs, so glad I found them as
it sort of adds some Steampunk flair
It's rather large so I decided to wear it in my hair as well as my daughter.
My darling daughter just also happens to be wearing a funky skirt I made out of old
ties. It used to be mine about 20 years so I've altered it several times to ensure she could keep wearing it.
So I just want to say THANK YOU to who ever that amazing blog that was!
Well good afternoon to you! Thank you for all the thoughtful welcome back gestures you are just too kind! Life is so fun right now, I forgot how great it feels to craft your time away...
I'd like to share this layout of Oscar, he is obsessed with tuning everything into a hat of some sorts and this baseball Easter basket was no exception.
After taking a deep breath, I pulled out my Bam Pop papers. It's really hard to use the papers because they are so fun and crazy I just hoard (Use It Tuesdays) them instead. This dp has cute little ninguins(Ninja Penguins?) all over it. Pam pop also created a great stamp set of these little guys so I pulled out some black card stock and stamped them in white to create my own dp.(Papertake Weekly) So what do you think of Washi Tape? (Catered Crop) This another item rarely used but there three strips of green spotted (Love to Create)tape on every corner of this layout. Well I hope you like it thanks for stopping by!
As a special gift to all of our digi stamping friends we are giving away a free digital stamp! No purchase necessary. Just visit this link and you can download this cute stamp. It comes in both black & white and in color.
Happy Birthday gift bag using the My Time Made Easy template Carry Clutch:
I used options 4,5,6,7,8 & 10
Here is a close up of the glittered button.
This is a pretty good sized bag, I am certain you could fit 3 of those smaller sized lotions and sorts from
Bath and Body Works.
Now all I need is a Birthday!
Have a great day! PS I am going over my Candy Participants and will announce the winner soon!
Be sure to leave comments along the entire hop because these prizes are hidden along the way, you have until Wed October 26th 8 PM EST.
Are you ready to see my creation?

Now you can chose to believe me or not
but I swear I made 80 of these
for my kiddo's class treats this year.
They are all packed up and ready to go!
I used Thurston The Vampire
A Sweet November Stamp
by Amy Young.
As a time saver I did a black and white
of this dapper vampire.
Seriously, can you imagine coloring every one of these?
OK enough about me I am
really excited for your next stop Mary Collins, she is sure to inspire. Have a great hop!
I don't know if you can tell but I added
liquid applique and glitter
to the girl elf's hat and dress
for some dimension and sparkle.
The papers are from the kit that came
with the stamps and the fiber
is from a very old stash from Close To My Heart.
The cute red Jingle Bells circle tag is maybe
Bo-Bunny but don'y quote me on it!
Well that's it!
May your Monday transition go smoothly!
