I do not pretend to have beautiful
hands, on the contrary they're quite haggard and worn. These hands set me apart, unafraid to fumble along in uncertainty or from any staining to be certain. With so many creations passing through these hands they feel nothings less than contentment...
After Close To My Heart altered their Angel policy I set a goal for myself to find 10 locations to sell my cards and I do believe by the end of this week I will have met 70% of my goal! I am so excited about this my original thought is Only One Made, and I'm making them as fast as I can which isn't really fast at all, but that's fine.....it's what suits me best.
I don't know what it is about Free Spirit but I always come back to this set. I love the circular phrases, the flourishes and the fact it speaks volumes of the season.
Thanks to Tiffany J. I have completed my first set of Artist Trading Cards. Mine was in the anything goes as long as one thing is CTMH. I took some interesting pictures in Vegas last year so I thought I'd use a photo as the main emphasis. I tweaked the image with a few digital enhancements pleasing to my eye and the rest just sort of happened. The second image is using a spare ATC and putting it on a card.
I'm probably behind the times but if you don't yet own a Souffle pen, get one! To me it's the icing on the cake to give your random stamped papers that extra wowzers! I used last months stamp of the month by CTMH to create these fun cards:
OK so life has gone crazy! Two weeks ago my husband & I noticed a sour cherry tree in the abandoned house across the alley. After a day of picking and 15 hours of pitting I am the proud owner of 17 quarts of these tarties! Unfortunately while standing in the grass I'm pretty sure I got a chigger bite for every cherry picked talk about itchy scratchy! I am glad to say I was able to squeeze in some quality card making time this weekend. My goal is to have 15 shops in my surrounding area carry my cards I have 4 locations so far.
