Your Next Stamp Blog Hop!!!

Happy Wednesday! Tonight we decided to shake things up a bit
by starting the hop in the evening!
Karen outdid herself with this Your Next Stamp  release as you will discover for yourself.
If you find there are any stamps you cant live without
be happy to know there is a sale of
10% your entire order - Online Code – YNSJULYNR – sales ends July 20th at midnight.

I am excited for you to meet Kali  and Kai from Hawaii,
these two are part of the World Kids Collection:

Kali is such a sweetie in her fun grass skirt!
I realize not everything has to match but the button and twine
did this time...how you ask?
I found a pale green button and colored it with the
alcohol based marker I used to color her skirt.
I used the same technique for the twine as well.

Kai is one cool dude ready to take on the waves.
I also colored the silver backed dew drops to match his trunks.
Do you like the corner treatments?
I am under the impression Hawaii rains for a few minutes every day
which is a good thing since their soil doesn't retain water very well.
The black details remind me of a tattoo I could envision
as a wrap around a surfers arm.
Yes, I really thought this out for once!

Here is a complete list of the stops, be sure to leave a comment
to qualify for a chance to win stamps!

One very lucky person will win both
Kali and Kai from Hawaii!!!
Good Luck and
Thanks for stopping bye!

I like the layout of your Kali card. And thanks for sharing how you got the button and twine to match! That's a great tip since it really is so difficult to find coordinating colors.

As for Kai, I like those black details that look like arm tattoos! Haha, I like that you thought of it, used it, and explained it!

Beth I love your cards!! What an awesome idea to color your twine and button for a perfect match on your Kali card. I also love how you mixed in the craft paper. I think craft paper adds so much to cards.

Your Kai card is amazing!!! I love the tattoo details and they also remind me of flowing waves as well so they are so perfect.

Both cards ere so well planned out. Great job.

Diana :)

These are so adorable, Beth! Awesome layouts and I am loving that you colored the button and the twine (don't know why I don't think to do that!) and the swirls you added to the Kai card are too cool!
