Well I hope you are all having an awesome Saturday! It is time for another awesome sketch at
Unscripted Sketches created by the amazing Sarah Kaye:
Now if this isn't wide open for interpretation I don't know what is! We are adding on a piggy back challenge to use a paint chip. Unbelievable as this may sound I don't have a single paint chip anywhere! I am quite excited about this card using this incredible stamp
ching-chou kuik's Sunflower Angel from
Sweat Pea Stamps. Here it is:
These images drive one to the creative overdrive of life SERIOUS OVERDRIVE! I shouldn't tell you this but do you see the button? This is a cover up! I was all ready to package up this card when to my horror I noticed a smudge I could have cried! fortunately I was able to come up with this solution of stamping onto the button and covering the smear like that was what I intended all along...whew! I suppose my telling you defeats the purpose. Oh well it is what it is. I have 9 more hours of classes to experience here at conference and I can no longer feel my butt. The worst part, all the ink stains have disappeared from my fingers! I have however been immersed in all sorts of valuable information to better improve my skills as an EMT. This is good for me and the patients of the future. Have a great day! Beth

Absolutely stunning!
Another amazing creation Beth! I never would've noticed the smudge, but what a gret solution. Hope you're back to staining those fingers today, though if you were ever my EMT I'm glad you took the classes too :-)
Oh my word Beth this is AWESOME!!!!!!! WOW WOW WOW this is one cool card girl!
This is just gorgeous Beth! I love the color combo, the image, your creativity...all fabulous! I'm so glad you do what you do. :)
Amazing card Beth - just love everything about it! Your creativity is just magical... and that button looks perfect and totally purposeful! DJ x
What we have here is some SERIOUS art! I absolutely LOVE the button. It adds so much drama and actually made me think of a puppet coming to life...or is it the other way around? A bit too deep for a Sat. morning. :) Anyway, this is definitely a new fave for me.
Fabulous card!
I would have never known the button was a cover up....good work! Love this striking card. I always love anything you do that includes black, well, I always love anything you do!
Blessings,
Kim xXx
love the dimension to the dress :D
Such a gorgeous card!
Hi ya, Beth, Sorry it has been so long since I have stopped by. Had a minute and stopped to check out your beautiful artwork. Love it. the red and black are so striking. I love how we all make boo boo's and cover them up but tell about it anyway. We all do it. I think it is because we feel clever in our cover up. You should feel clever, that was a neat "opportunity" as they say.
Very nice Beth!
